DESCRIPTION
- Build investor confidence in the company’s vision to deliver shareholder value
- Develop a comprehensive Investor Relations framework and strategy
- Build and maintain a powerful reputation through clear and consistent two-way communication
- Manage relationships with investors
- Provide market insights to the Executive management team, including financial trends, investor concerns, competitor actions, and anything that might impact the company
- Oversee and manage quarterly earnings calls as well as preparation of the Annual Report
- Ensure conversion target distributed evenly to the team and reach the targeted amount every month
REQUIREMENTS
- 5 - 7 years of experience in related field
- Experience in handling sales team
- Target oriented
- Able to deliver comprehensive report on competitor analysis, market trend and insight for better strategy.
- Experience in doing conversion sales, by phone or direct.
- Background from banking, especially from a non-local bank
